HoopSeat Privacy Policy

HoopSeat collects no data. None.

• There is no account, no sign-up and no server. Everything you record, including games, statistics, photos and settings, is stored only on your device.
• HoopSeat makes no network requests, with one exception: Apple’s StoreKit handles subscription purchases entirely through your Apple account. We never see your payment details or identity.
• The only system permission HoopSeat may ask for is the camera, and only when you choose to take a game photo. Photos are saved into the app’s own folder on your device and are never uploaded anywhere.
• Backup files are created only when you tap “Create backup”, and go only where you send them via the iOS share sheet.
• Deleting the app deletes your data (except backup files you exported and a small Keychain note that remembers when your intro period started).
• There are no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no trackers of any kind.

Since HoopSeat stores nothing about you or your child, there is nothing for us to access, sell, share or lose.

• HoopSeat tek bir istisna dışında ağ isteği yapmaz: abonelik satın alımlarını Apple’ın StoreKit’i, tamamen sizin Apple hesabınız üzerinden yürütür. Ödeme bilgilerinizi veya kimliğinizi asla görmeyiz.
• HoopSeat’in isteyebileceği tek sistem izni kameradır; o da yalnızca maç fotoğrafı çekmeyi seçtiğinizde. Fotoğraflar cihazınızdaki uygulama klasörüne kaydedilir, hiçbir yere yüklenmez.
• Yedek dosyaları yalnızca “Yedek oluştur”a dokunduğunuzda üretilir ve yalnızca iOS paylaşım menüsüyle gönderdiğiniz yere gider.
• Uygulamayı silmek verilerinizi siler (dışa aktardığınız yedekler ve tanıtım sürenizin başlangıcını hatırlayan küçük bir Keychain notu hariç).
• Analitik, reklam SDK’sı ya da herhangi bir izleyici yoktur.

HoopSeat sizinle veya çocuğunuzla ilgili hiçbir şey saklamadığı için erişebileceğimiz, satabileceğimiz, paylaşabileceğimiz ya da kaybedebileceğimiz bir şey de yoktur.
